Great location and comfy rooms. Check-in was confusing and shuttle service lacking.

The total stay was nice for my husband's business trip. The staff were respectful, the room was well laid out with a very clean bed. The location was magnificent and perfect, at a moderate distance from Allstate Arena. The attached restaurant was particularly good with a wide range of meals in the menu.

Appreciated fruit, eggs, and bacon for breakfast. Marvellous location in the nice enough area and it was a bonus to be so close to a train station...

My room had a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities, the staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel's location near the Donald E Stevens convention center was fantastic.

They provide airport shuttle & are close to the airport. The room was large, it felt like a suite! In fact, there was a separate bedroom, so my friend & I each had our own queen size bed, & our own TV's. It felt very luxurious. And although we didn't get a chance to use the generous sized kitchenette, we really appreciated that there was a refrigerator & microwave. Very convenient!

I couldn't get my TV in my room to turn on. There wasn't a light on the TV, so even when I tried turning it on manually, it wouldn't work. I made sure it was plugged in and tried all the wall switches, but nothing. I have to admit I didn't call the front desk, as I was only there 7 1/2 hours, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

The location was favourable, within walking distance of Kids on the Fly Skydiving Center. We got a room with a bath.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was fashionable and modern on the 2nd level. The property had a remote position short walk to a metro/subway, a good park, and the west coast. The attached restaurant food was high quality.

Very convenient location and the Keurig in the room was a plus- you know what coffee will taste like.

The staff here were really on top of things and showed that they genuinely care about their guests 😊.

The pillows were amazing. Soft but with the right amount of firm. I didn't wake up with a neck ache the next day. The rooms were beautiful. The only thing that threw me was the light switch for the bathroom was on the outside by the sink. A minor foresight

The parking situation

The rooms had spacious beds and were well-equipped, which I really liked.

The location was very convenient. The 24-hour shuttles were extremely helpful and the lobby was very nice.

Deluxe king room comes with a fridge and coffee/tea makers - perfect for a quick snack or caffeine fix. The bed is luxuriously comfortable 🛏, and the bathroom is top-notch. You can check in early and park conveniently outside.

It would have been better had there been a choice of restaurants in the area. As it was, I only saw the restaurant associated with the hotel as the hotel as an option for breakfast.
